This privacy policy explains what personal data DAKO collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiries and run the website.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we receive your name, email address, and any optional details you include (company, phone, selected services, message).
When you visit the site, our analytics tools may record anonymous usage data such as page views, referrer, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are forwarded to our internal Telegram workspace so we can reply within 24 hours. We do not use them for marketing and we do not share them with third parties.
Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and where to improve the site.
Legal basis
We process your contact form data on the basis of your explicit request for a quote or information (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent, collected via the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention
Contact form messages are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email info@dako.ee and we will respond within 30 days.
