TaskMeHard

TaskMeHard is a Telegram-native task management bot designed for small teams and solo operators who live in Telegram and don't want to switch tools to track their work.

Most task management tools are built as standalone apps that require context-switching. For teams already doing most of their communication in Telegram, this friction leads to tasks being dropped or forgotten. The goal was to bring task management directly into the conversation flow.

We designed and built a Telegram bot with natural-language task creation, assignment, deadline tracking, and daily digest summaries. The bot integrates into existing group chats — no setup required beyond adding it. We used a lightweight backend to handle task state and built in reminder logic that actually works.
